Store and account details you provide (name, email, store URL, billing contact), the product and policy content you connect so the agent can answer, and conversation transcripts between the agent and your shoppers, including anything a shopper voluntarily shares.
How we use it
To run and improve your agent, attribute recovered revenue in your dashboard, provide support, and send service communications. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer data to train public models.
Legal basis and consent
Where required, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or based on your legitimate interests in operating your store. You are responsible for the notices and consent shown to your own shoppers.
Subprocessors and integrations
We rely on third parties for hosting, model inference, analytics and payment processing. They process data only to deliver our service under contract. An up-to-date list is available on request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per store with least-privilege API keys and limited to staff who need it for support or operations.
Retention and deletion
Conversation and account data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation, or upon written request, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days unless we must retain records for legal or accounting obligations.
