Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. These terms govern trials and subscriptions for AI Sales Agent 24/7.
Agreement
By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AI DM Sales Agent 24/7 provides a done-for-you AI DM Sales Agent that answers shopper questions, qualifies leads and recovers carts on your store, plus a dashboard for conversations and attributed revenue.
Free trial
No credit card is required for the 7-day free trial. Every sale made during the trial is yours. If you don't cancel before day 7, your paid subscription begins at the current plan rates.
Fees and billing
Standard pricing is ₱15,000 per month plus a one-time ₱10,000 setup fee, with an annual option at 15% off. Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes.
The 3x guarantee
If the agent does not generate at least 3x its monthly cost in attributable recovered or qualified sales during the first 60 days of paid service, we will keep working at no additional monthly cost until it does, or we will refund the difference. This requires that tracking stays installed and that you provide the product and policy content the agent needs to answer accurately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, pricing, shipping and policy information you provide, the legality of the offers the agent communicates, and the notices and consent shown to your shoppers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive or harmful activity, for unlawful unsolicited bulk messaging, or to reverse engineer, resell or overload the platform.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our platform, prompts and tooling. You retain all rights to your brand content, product data and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and used monthly periods are non-refundable except under the 3x guarantee. You can export your conversations and data at any time.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the agent continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI responses can be wrong; you should review the agent's behavior and configuration regularly. The service is provided as is, except for the guarantee stated above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and contact
